SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour parcels within UK will be sent within 48 hours and should arrive at their destination within three working days. We are currently not shipping outside the UK but for resellers who wish to sell outside the UK we will send the item directly to them and they may make their own shipping arrangements.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to refund or replace the items and postage if you or your customer is not happy. All we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible describing the problem. The customer must send damaged or faulty goods directly to us at Pagan Tarot and we will refund you the seller. You can  then refund your customer directly. All parcels will be sent by first class post and will be tracked. If recorded delivery is required please email me. Any discrepencies with non delivery will be dealt with by Pagan Tarot. Please email me if you have any problems and I will do my best to sort them out as soon as possible.
